How to reach Collectrio

Product and the board

Questions about rankings, the calculator, a catalog name, or how a trio was counted: hello@collectrio.com. Include the product (Cards or GO), the format lens if you know it, and the URL. Do not send photos of cards or screenshots of the official apps — Collectrio does not host that art.

Rights and takedown

If you believe something on Collectrio infringes your rights, do not use the product inbox. Use the takedown page and write legal@collectrio.com. That page lists what to include so a request can actually be reviewed.

What not to send

Collectrio does not take login credentials, friend codes as a support ticket, or a dump of your collection in hope it will be ranked by hand. Rank a trio on the site. Privacy details are on the privacy page.

Response

This is a small unofficial project. Mail is read by a person. There is no promised turnaround. Takedown requests are reviewed before ordinary product mail.
