How to reach Collectrio

Product and the board

Questions about rankings, the calculator, a catalog name, or how a trio was counted: hello@collectrio.com. Include the product (Cards or GO), the format lens if you know it, and the URL. Do not send photos of cards or screenshots of the official apps — Collectrio does not host that art.

What helps a product reply

Useful mail names the board (Cards or GO), the lens (Binder / Playable / Value, or Dex / Raids / Trade bait), and the page URL you were on. If a trio felt miscounted, describe the three names and which verb each received — Sleeve / Swap / Store on Cards, or Train / Trade / Transfer on GO. If a calculator share link looks wrong, paste the full URL so quantity and modifiers are visible.

Collectrio stores rankings without a login. Product mail cannot reset someone else’s browser localStorage or reverse a public board from a private screenshot. If you only need to unlock the board on this device, submit one honest trio on that product instead of asking for a manual unlock.

Rights and takedown

If you believe something on Collectrio infringes your rights, do not use the product inbox. Use the takedown page and write legal@collectrio.com. That page lists what to include so a request can actually be reviewed.

What not to send

Collectrio does not take login credentials, friend codes as a support ticket, or a dump of your collection in hope it will be ranked by hand. Rank a trio on the site. Privacy details are on the privacy page. Do not attach official card scans, GO sprites, or binder photos — abstract proxies are intentional, and those images will not be hosted.

Do not send dollar price asks expecting Collectrio to invent a marketplace quote. Rankings are relative crowd comparisons, not appraisals — see why this is not a price list and the terms.

Response

This is a small unofficial project. Mail is read by a person. There is no promised turnaround. Takedown requests are reviewed before ordinary product mail.

If you are writing about a missing catalog name, say whether it is a Cards printing (set and number help) or a GO form (dex and form label help). Collectrio still will not scrape a marketplace to invent a number for you — new names enter through the same trio process as everything else. If you only need literacy, start on /guides rather than waiting on a reply.
