What Collectrio publishes

Collectrio publishes community rankings and identifying text for two separate catalogs: Cards (set, number, rarity) and GO (dex, region, form). Marks on the site are abstract proxies — not official scans, not GO sprites, and not user-uploaded photos. The scoring recipe is on the methodology page. Unofficial fan-made tool. Not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, or GAME FREAK.

If you still believe a specific URL infringes your copyright or other rights, send a request. Do not send official artwork as an attachment “for comparison.”

What to include

A request that can be reviewed includes all of the following:

• The Collectrio URL or URLs (for example a Cards page, a GO page, or a board).
• A description of the work you say is infringed, and why that URL uses it.
• Your name, organization if any, mail address, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law.
• A statement that the information in the request is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorized to act.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

If you are writing about a trademark, say so, and name the mark and the URL where you think it is used in a way that confuses people about source or sponsorship. Collectrio already states it is unofficial and unaffiliated.

What happens next

Collectrio will review the URL. Possible outcomes: remove the page or passage; replace art with a plainer mark; leave the ranking and text up and explain why. Rankings themselves are community comparisons of names, not copies of official illustrations. Collectrio will not “fix” a complaint by adding official card or sprite art.

If material is removed and you are the person who submitted the ranking, you may write legal@collectrio.com with a counter-notice: the URL, your contact, a good-faith statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and consent to process in a United States district court if the complainant sues. This is a practical path, not a promise about jurisdiction or outcome.
